The Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is the physical location at which the coordination of information and resources to support a disaster or emergency. The Pennington County EOC can grow in scale from one person or more. It will operate 24/7 when necessary to support response agencies and aid recovery efforts from emergencies and disasters.
